From the idea to the end product: the process chain firmly under control.
The foundation for a product’s market success is already laid in its development and design phase. And it is precisely here, at the beginning of the process chain, that cooperation with our customers begins. Our employees are casting professionals and know how to turn a design draft into a perfect casting by designing it to suit the material. This includes designing the part taking into account all planned process steps such as casting, deburring, coating critical surfaces, machining, testing and assembly.
Together, we optimize until everything fits: Quality, functional properties and, of course, production costs. Once the design has been finalized, we produce precision molds worthy of the name in cooperation with selected mold makers using the latest CNC technology and maintain them in our own mold shop.
If required, mold filling and solidification simulations are carried out together with experienced external partners. If necessary, prototypes can also be created.
